Hawes Supply currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is $6.95. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Some items may be produced or finished after an order is placed. Product-specific fulfillment information will be shown on the product page or order confirmation when applicable. Tracking information is sent when an order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Hawes Supply through the Contact / FAQ page as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

For other return or exchange requests, contact us before sending anything back. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Eligibility and return instructions will be confirmed before a return is sent.

Final-sale, customized, worn, washed, or damaged-after-delivery items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
